Carlton Landing is a resort community located in southeastern Oklahoma, situated on the shores of Lake Eufaula. Designed by the same world-class team responsible for Rosemary Beach and Seaside in Florida, this charming lakeside town makes for a perfect Oklahoma getaway. Carlton Landing is known for its picturesque, New Urbanism-inspired design, featuring traditional architecture, tree-lined streets, and a focus on community and outdoor activities. - Swimming Areas: Swimming beach, 3 community pools and a hot tub are available for use with cottage rental.
- Fishing: Dock fishing area available
- Indoor Entertainment: Televisions in living area and in each bedroom with streaming services and Wi-Fi.
- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen for cooking and dining.
- Bedrooms and Bathrooms: 3 bed/2.5 bath Beds include one King, two queens, and two sleeper sofas, if needed.
